Shipping to the United States and other countries worldwide:

From an order amount of  $300 we will ship your products free of charge using Fedex. For a lower order values, the standard shipping costs are $20.
At Checkout you will be presented with the delivery options available for you. Express production and delivery will always be an option. Please choose the "Express-Delivery" option at Checkout for rapid delivery of your items.

The standard production time for our custom-made products is between 2-3 weeks. If you have chosen your order with Express Delivery, then we manufacture the ordered products within approximately ten days. Slight delays might occur during certain periods or during sales promotions.

Delivery usually takes two weeks. If you have chosen the normal shipping method, you will receive your order in approximately four weeks from when your order is placed and confirmed. For an Express Delivery order (express shipping method) shipping usually takes four days and you will receive your order in approximately two weeks.

Your garments will be professionally packaged in wrinkle-free plastic to avoid damage.
When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail from MarkFits with tracking information allowing you to follow your order.

Please note that for delivery to the United States and other countries, local taxes and/or VAT can and may be charged by the customs or the logistic company. If that is the case, please pay the invoice and send us a digital copy of the invoice by email ( We will be happy to provide you with a credit for that amount against any future purchase from MarkFits.

MarkFits cannot be held responsible for losses, any inconvenience incurred, costs or other problems resulting from late deliveries.

Alterations & Refunds

MarkFits garments are hand-made by experienced tailors, based on the measurements you supply to us. Follow our measurement instructions carefully when you provide us with your details and the garments should fit - perfectly

If the product you have ordered does not fit you, we will help you establish the right measurements so that it can be adjusted at a local tailor.
Take your garments to any local tailor and we will refund the cost of the alterations. The amount limits are:

Jeans: $30
Shirt: $20

To request a refund for the alterations, please use the following steps:

1. Take your garment to any local tailor (or alterations outlet).
2. Have the necessary adjustments made within 20 days of receiving your order.
3. Send us the receipt/bill which also should specify the adjustments made, by email to

In those cases where the garment cannot be adjusted, MarkFits will remake your garments.
We offers one (1) re-manufacture or adjustment per customer and garment type.

The guarantee does not cover marginal adjustments within our tolerances, or if the delivered garment matches the chosen model, style, fit or design when worn.

To request a re-manufacture of a garment, please do the following:

Contact our customer service at within 10 days of receiving your order to advise us that your garments cannot be altered by a tailor.
Describe your issue as accurately as possible. To fulfill the guarantee, we may ask you to submit digital photos via email of you wearing the garment to help us adjust the measurements.

We reserve the right to refuse any re-manufacture request in circumstances where alterations can be made by a local tailor.

Once we have confirmed approval of the re-manufacture, please send the garments you want replaced to us within 5 days. This shipment will be paid for by the customer.
