MarkFits garments are hand-made by
experienced tailors, based on the measurements you supply to us. Please follow our measurement instructions carefully and the garment(s) should fit -
If the product you have ordered does not fit you, we will help you find the
right measurements so that it can be adjusted at a local tailor.
Take your garment(s) to any local tailor and we will refund the cost of the
alterations. The amount limits are:
If the cost for the adjustment exceeds these limits, the additional cost is
covered by the customer.
To request a refund for the alterations, pls. following this steps:
1. Take your garment to any local tailor (or alterations shop)
2. Have the necessary adjustments made within 20 days of receiving your order.
3. Send us the receipt/bill which also should specify the adjustments made by

In those cases where the garment cannot be adjusted, MarkFits will remake your
We offers one (1) re-production or adjustment per customer and garment type.
The guarantee does not cover marginal adjustments within our tolerances, or if
the delivered garment matches the choosen model, style, fit or design when worn.
To claim a remake, do the following:
Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving
your order to determine that your garments cannot be altered by a tailor.
Describe your issue as accurately as possible.To fullfill the guarantee we can
ask you for photos of you wearing the garment to help you/us adjust the

can be made by a local tailor.
After getting the remake approved by MarkFits, send the garments you want
replaced to us within 5 days. This shipment will be paid for by the customer.
We will remake your order only once.
Due to the fact that every product is 100% individually custom-tailored and
handcrafted just for you, we do not offer refunds. This is standard practice for
custom-tailored products as there is no resale value.
